Guidance is generated as of the date shown on each result. Laws, regulations and benefit rates change regularly. We make reasonable efforts to keep the tool updated but cannot guarantee that all information reflects the very latest legal position at the time of your query.

4. Acceptable Use

4a. Daily Check Limit

Each AI-generated response costs real money to produce. To keep this service free and fair for every visitor, we apply a fair-use limit of 3 AI checks per person per day (rolling 24-hour window).

This counter resets automatically — you do not need to do anything. When your 3 checks are used, the tool will tell you exactly what time you can check again. The guides, downloads, letter templates and toolbox talks are not subject to this limit and are always freely available.

We do not store your check count on our servers — it is tracked locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data will reset the counter.

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with the site's security features
• Use automated means to access or query the tool in bulk
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute the tool or its underlying code without permission
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or commercially exploit guidance generated by the tool without our written permission

5. Paid Services

Where you purchase a full report or other paid service:

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices are shown in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Due to the digital nature of reports which are generated and delivered instantly, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once the report has been generated and delivered
• If you experience a technical problem that prevents delivery of your paid report, contact us at support@ukworkrights.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly
• We do not offer refunds for reports that have been successfully generated and delivered

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code and content of ukworkrights.co.uk are owned by the site operator and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this site's content without our prior written permission.

Guidance generated for your personal situation may be used for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell or commercially exploit AI-generated guidance from this site.
